But mostly it’s about this house. And what a lovely place it was to spend the first few days of their married life.

Located in the upscale Morgantown beach community on the Fort Morgan Peninsula, this house is comfortable, nicely decorated, and an easy walk to the boardwalk which leads right to the sugar white sand of the Gulf beach. With two swimming pools, two tennis courts, and the beautiful beach, you can always find plenty to do.

Then stroll over to the fully equipped kitchen for a little snack at the counter or in the dining area.
Sunshine has 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms and there is even a sleeper sofa in the living room, so there is plenty of room for up to 12 people. With granite countertops, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, six TVs, CD/DVD player, wireless internet access, cable television, and a charcoal barbecue grill, it’s the perfect vacation house.
All the bedrooms are nicely decorated and one of the upstairs bedrooms even has a baby crib and a nice little deck right outside.

If you have golfers in your family, the world-famous Kiva Dunes Golf Club is just down the street and the Peninsula Golf Club is also nearby and plenty of shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores are just a short drive away.
